Helen Frederick

Helen Frederick is the founder of Pyramid Atlantic Art Center, Silver Spring, MD and is a distinguished print, paper, book arts and electronic media artist. As founder of Pyramid Atlantic in 1981, she has been responsible for the development of the organization into an internationally recognized arts center, organizing cultural exchange programs, exhibitions and creating print media publications that are represented in museums around the world. She is also a professor in the Department of Art & Visual Technology at George Mason University.

 

 

Richard Kamenitzer

Richard Kamenitzer is at George Mason University, College of Visual & Performing Arts and serves as the Executive Director, International Center for the Management of Arts & Culture; Program Director- Arts Management (Graduate Degree & Certificate; Undergraduate Minor) Associate Professor of Arts Management. In addition, he is the Founder and principal of an arts consulting firm called – SUCCESSION. Richard is currently President of the Bord of the Washington Stage Guild; Chairman of the Finance & Administration Committee of the Arts Council of Fairfax County and Treasurer of the Board of illume productions, inc. (a not-for-profit documentary film organization). Richard serves as Treasurer of the Hamiltonian Artists Board.

 

Greg Kearley

Greg Kearley is one of the co-owners of Project 4 — a contemporary art gallery with an emphasis on mid-career and emerging artists. He is also one of the principals in the award-winning DC architectural firm Inscape Studio.

 

 

 

 

 

 

George Koch

George Koch is a painter, founder of A. Salon, Ltd., founding board member of the Cultural Alliance of Greater Washington, Cultural Development Corporation, Artomatic, Inc., and served 4 terms as Commissioner of the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Janice Marks

Janice Marks is the Director of Development of the American Architectural Foundation. Formerly Director of Development at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and College of Art + Design, Janice has been working in the DC arts community for more than 25 years.

 

 

 

 

 

Mary McCain

Mary McCain is the Senior VP of TechVision21 and the founder of Means for Dreams. Prior to affiliating with TechVision21, she served as Director of the Commission on Technology and Adult Learning (2000-2001), a joint initiative of the National Governors’ Association and the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). Previously, she worked for US Senator Ernest F. Hollings (D-SC).

 

 

 

 

 

Paul So

Paul So is the founder of the Hamiltonian Gallery and the Hamiltonian Artists. He is also a painter, art collector, entrepreneur, and a physics professor at George Mason University.

 

 

 

Sarah Bright Yaneza

Owner of Bright Yaneza & Associates, LLC (BYA) is a Master’sprepared professional that provides financial and business management solutions to not-for-profit organizations in the Washington, DC area. Ms. Yaneza has nine years of experience in accounting for not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. Prior to forming BYA in 2008, Ms. Yaneza was the Director of Finance & Administration for The Washington Chorus and, prior to that position, was the Patron Services Manager for the organization. In 2007, Ms. Yaneza earned a Master of Arts in Arts Management from George Mason University and earned a Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Miami.
