Artist Statement
My restructuralist sculpture grows out of an overreaching love of nature and natural forms fed by studies in history, mathematics, physics, engineering, sculpture and music. Steeped in the beautiful dance I perceive between these disciplines, I seize upon nature's intricate rhythms and structures and their interplay with that which is imposed and manmade. I absorb their resonance, interpret, and restructure through the medium of sculpture so that others may appreciate them.
