Quanda Allen

Quanda Allen is a senior financial executive and fiduciary leader working at the intersection of capital and community impact. As Market Managing Director for PNC Institutional Asset Management in Greater Washington, she oversees strategic growth, governance, and investment advisory for institutional clients. Over her career, she has guided philanthropic capital, strengthened nonprofit balance sheets, and supported organizations through growth and complexity.
